"10/10 would recommend! Josh helped me get back into a gym routine that I hadn’t attempted in years! He developed a personal plan for me including weight training and cardio using my Peloton. He went above and beyond!"

"I enjoyed the entire training experience because it taught me about staying motivated, develop strong mental health, and following a fitness schedule. I saw quick results and feel good about my progress. Josh did an excellent job."

"Yes in the form of weight loss because of the recommended exercises that Josh assigned through weekday running and gym workouts. Also, I even gained strength in my upper body and learned about how to organize workouts, sets, and weight training. This entire experience improved my mood and motivated me to continue to exercise even more."
Q: What did you like about the trainer?
"After participating in this training program, I really like that the trainer is friendly, strict but fair, a good motivator when each workout became tough, and how he took the time to check on my progress during each session. Each of these qualities really increased my confidence to complete each workout and in the process I saw results."

"Developing confidence, learning about discipline, improving my nutrition with recommendation from my trainer, and motivation to finish each of the workouts. All of this have prepared me to further my exercise on my own within a gym environment."
